On Site Production
The Mobile Rollformer has it's own 3 Phase Power supply that can supply power for a full 10 days of rollforming without the need to refuel. Reloacation to multiple set-up points around larger project sites aren't subject to the usual problems associated with sourcing powers supply, also the Mercedes Actros Tractor Unit is kept with the rollformer during production to offer an simple relocation procedure without the requirement of crane assistance.
Coils of either Aluminium or Steel, are delivered to site seperatley to the rollformer. The coils are safely loaded through access doors at the back end of the rollformer. To reduce the number of lifts required throughout the Euroseam production time, 2 coils can be located to the coil mandrel enabling production runs of upto 2600lm without the need for coil replenishment.
Coils used weigh a maximum of 1.8 tonnes, therefore standard 2.5 counterbalance or telescopic fork trucks can be used.Euroclad can supply manower to load the coils. Euroclad Supply Trained Personnel for Production, to ensure we produce the product to site program. A pre-production site visit will proceed each rollforming session followed by first - a site specific method statement, then the production.
